Mentoring and Coaching Support for Business Hub Users

As part of the “Together We Are Stronger 2” project, implemented with the support of the Kvinna Till Kvinna Foundation, activities were carried out to provide mentoring and coaching support to Business Hub users.

Mentoring and coaching support represents an individualized process through which users receive guidance, advice, and practical support in accordance with their personal goals, interests, and needs.

During the sessions, work focused on identifying personal and professional goals, setting specific and achievable steps, recognizing strengths and development needs, as well as improving the users’ knowledge, skills, and self-confidence.

The activity was implemented in Veles through individual sessions conducted by an engaged mentor with experience in working with and supporting persons with disabilities.

Through continuous mentoring support, we create opportunities for development, greater independence, and active participation of persons with disabilities in the community.
