Today, a training session was held at the premises of ZLCPDP for employees in the social services “Home Help and Care” and “Personal Assistance”, as part of the program for upgrading skills, further professional development, and continuous improvement of staff competencies.
Nurse Olgica Pepelasheva delivered a professional lecture on medical care and an appropriate approach towards service users, with an emphasis on quality support and professional conduct in service delivery.
During the training, the organizational structure of the organization, internal policies, as well as the functioning and implementation of social services were presented, including the administrative procedures related to documentation, reporting, and work processes.
The coordinators also delivered a presentation on regulations, job responsibilities, coordination, communication, and procedures related to the daily functioning and delivery of services.
