We are pleased to share part of the activities within the project “Together We Are Stronger 2,” which we are implementing with the support of the Kvinna Till Kvinna Foundation.

On 08.05.2026, the second workshop from the Vardar Planning Region was successfully held in Negotino, intended for women, girls, and boys with disabilities. The workshop was dedicated to strengthening skills for CV/resume preparation, as well as improving communication and negotiation skills in the employment process.

Participants had the opportunity to:

create their own CV

gain practical knowledge on how to present themselves to employers

practice techniques for effective communication and negotiation

As part of the project, we continue with workshops in the Eastern Planning Region, as well as mentoring sessions for workshop participants and Hub users.

Together, we create opportunities, build confidence, and move toward a more inclusive society.
