✨ We are pleased to share some of the activities carried out within the “Together We Are Stronger 2” project, which is being implemented with the support of the Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation.

🗓 On 26 March 2026, three consecutive workshops were successfully held in Veles for women, girls, and boys with disabilities. The workshops focused on strengthening participants’ skills in CV/resume preparation, as well as enhancing their communication and negotiation skills for employment.

✅ During these sessions, a total of 15 participants (13 women and 2 men) had the opportunity to:
✔ prepare their own CV/resume;
✔ gain practical knowledge on how to present themselves to employers;
✔ practice effective communication and negotiation techniques.

As part of the project, a total of 40 participants from the Vardar and Eastern Planning Regions are expected to complete the training programme.

In the coming period, we will continue with new activities and workshops focusing on:
🔹 vocational skills development;
🔹 presentation of the Employment Law;
🔹 strengthening cooperation with the business sector.
